John Sawdon - Owner and manager

John has grown up on Peldon hall. Watching his father farm the land around him, John has learnt to farm both old ways and new.
John was thrust into the running of the farm after an accident that claimed the life of his father, and so had to take on a lot of responsibility.
Since 1980 John has expanded the farm into the surrounding villages and hopes that his son Tom will be there to take the helm one day.

Paul Scott- Arable operations technician

Paul has been with us since 1980, growing up in Rowhedge (a near by village) he has seen the farm grow through out the years.

Chris Rees - Fertilizer manufacturer and field technician

After leaving school Chris decided to join Peldon Hall in early summer 1991.

Mick Ward - Store Manager and Lab technician

Once a part time fire man on West Mersea, Mick came to join the team in 1998
