At our Peldon site we have a bagging plant, we bag our own grain and the bags then get placed onto a pallet by a pace packer which loads them in the correct way so that they can be transported in 6m and 12m sea going containers.

We also are able to hand stack a lorry using our own conveyer belt which feeds the bags straight from the bagging machine. We are able to palletize to standard and Euro pallets and shrink wrapping can be applied.

We use 10 kilo bags up to 25 kilo bags which can either be paper or polypropylene. Customers own label can be applied or they can email us with their own bespoke label which we print on our machine which can be attached either by gluing or stitching.
